Thirteen credit professionals working at the Synseal Group have achieved three-time Chartered Institute of Credit Management Quality accreditation (CICMQ), a formal recognition of the company’s commitment to quality, continuous improvement and best practice in credit control. The assessor’s report described a determined team that has overcome challenges and continues to be recognised as a best practice department.
